ESET Support Course
TCO 325: Multimedia Design in conjunction with ESET Internet Security

In this assignment, I worked with a team consisting of a manager from ESET Internet Security and another student to create an interactive course. ESET indicated that their technical support team was getting a mass of calls regarding similar problems navigating the multiple ESET websites. To fix this problem we created the ESET Support Course in Articulate Storyline. The target audience is older adults who would have more trouble with the software, though it can be used with any audience. I also used Adobe Photoshop to edit graphics and Adobe Audition to record and edit the narration.
TCO 341 Course Delivery Redesign
TCO 363: Instructional Design in conjunction with the Mercer University Technical Communication Department

In this assignment, I worked to redesign the delivery of two textbook chapters taught in the TCO 341 course. In order to best proceed, I followed the ADDIE model. I analyzed my audience and outlined my findings and strategies in an informative report for my client. I redesigned the course delivery in Articulate Rise, to keep a simple yet effective model that would be simple for the client to edit as needed.
Learning outcomes are listed below:
1. Developing a substitute to the textbook in Articulate Rise.
2. Working with a manager and client (SME).
3. Gathering and writing content to solve the needs of the client while keeping my audience in mind.
